Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, including purchases made at regular price, on sale, or with a discount code.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

Belts That Have Been Cut or Altered

Belts that have been cut, shortened, or otherwise altered are not eligible for change-of-mind or sizing returns. Please check the fit before cutting your belt.

If your belt is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue. Cutting restrictions do not automatically exclude a claim about an unrelated product defect.

Gift Sets

Gift sets must be returned complete, with all included accessories and original packaging, including any included gift box, pouch, or gift bag. All accessories must be unused and unaltered.

If one item in your set arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before returning anything so we can arrange the appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind and sizing returns.

If we sent an incorrect item, or your item arrived defective or damaged, we will cover any required return shipping. Please contact us first for instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the amount you paid for the returned items, after any discounts. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
